Corporate social responsibility
Vasudhaara — a flow of wealth back into the communities the Group works in. Established 2026 as the corporate social responsibility vehicle of the Morlatis Group, funded by a fixed share of Group profit.
“Where every hand extended becomes a life transformed.”
Serving Humanity · Nurturing Earth
Mission pillars
Vasudhaara means a flow — of water, of wealth, of care. The Foundation is how a share of what the Group earns returns to the districts its crews work in.
Healthcare is a right, not a privilege.
Bringing primary care to villages and district towns where the nearest hospital is a day's travel and a day's lost wages.
Standing with the backbone of India.
Working alongside smallholder cultivators on the two things that decide a season: what goes into the soil, and what the crop fetches at market.
Every child deserves the light of education.
Removing the ordinary obstacles — fees, books, a uniform, a place to study — that end a rural child's schooling long before ability does.
Anna hi Brahma hai — food is the greatest offering.
Community kitchens and food relief, run continuously rather than only when a disaster makes the need visible.
Nurturing the ground people stand on.
The shared infrastructure a village needs and rarely gets funded for — water, sanitation, tree cover, and help when the river rises.
The districts
Group jobs across Bihar — distribution works, service connections and the colony roads that go in alongside them. The Foundation's programmes run in these same districts.

PCC roads and associated civil work delivered alongside the electricals.

Service lines, meter boards and consumer connections.

Alignment, pit boring and erection across difficult ground.

HT terminations, DO fuse sets and earthing to specification.

Aerial bunched and underground LT runs pulled to consumer points.

PCC poles set, plumbed and grouted along the route.
On the ground
Vasudhaara is funded by a fixed share of Group profit — so the more the crews deliver in these neighbourhoods, the more the Foundation returns to them.
Partnerships, programme proposals and volunteering enquiries from institutions working in the same districts are welcome.
